Introduction
An opportunity has become available for a Supervisor Reagents Laboratory. The Incumbent will supervise the overall operations in the Reagents Laboratory with regards to staff, quality and operations.

Minimum requirements

  • HPCSA Registered Medical Technologist in Blood Transfusion.
  • 3 years experience in Blood Transfusion.
  • 1 year experience in the Reagents Laboratory.
  • Employee relations.
  • Understanding of Blood Transfusion Standards.
  • Understanding of HPCSA regulations.
  • Understanding of SANAS regulations and audit process.
  • Financial Management including statistical analysis.
  • SAP and Meditech.
  • Project Management

Special Circumstances

  • Overtime if required.
  • National Travel if required
  • Proficient eye-sight and reasonable mobility
