• Recruiting - Undertakes effective tele-recruiting of current and new donors to strive to develop and maintain a Safe / Low Risk Blood Supply and Donor Base.
• Demographics - Ensures the effective tracing and tele-recruiting of lapsed donors.
• Undertakes administrative duties effectively and efficiently.

Minimum requirements
Education:
- Matric
- Computer literacy.
- Fluency in English
- Telephone etiquette/ tele-recruiting and customer service skills experience.
- Call Centre experience and some basic knowledge of blood transfusion environment.
