An opportunity has become available for a Telerecruiter. The incumbent will contribute towards the SANBS Objective of establishing and maintaining a safe donor base by telephonically contacting current donors, lapsed donors and first time donors to encourage continued and renewed blood donation.

Key Performance Areas:

• Recruiting - Undertakes effective tele-recruiting of current and new donors to strive to develop and maintain a Safe / Low Risk Blood Supply and       Donor Base.
• Demographics - Ensures the effective tracing and tele-recruiting of lapsed donors.
• Undertakes administrative duties effectively and efficiently.

•  Matric
•  Computer literacy.
•  Fluency in English

• Telephone etiquette/ tele-recruiting and customer service skills experience.
• Call Centre experience and some basic knowledge of blood transfusion environment.
