An opportunity has become available for a Receptionist. The incumbent will be responsible for handling Customers, Suppliers and Members of the Public visiting and calling SANBS Zone headquarters, by directing them to their required destination in the building. In addition handles all Internal Queries and Calls.

- Ensures that Switchboard Duties are undertaken in a professional and friendly manner and delivers excellent customer service at all times

Minimum requirements
Minimum Education:
- Grade 12
Minimum Experience:
- At least 2 years experience as a Receptionist or Switchboard Operator
- Computer and Switchboard Literacy.
- Good Telephone and customer etiquette.
- Communication Skills.
- Customer Services experience
