  • Organisation-Wide Integrated and aligned Skills Development Planning, Implementation and Statutory reporting

Minimum requirements

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Behavioural Sciences or related
  • ODETP related qualification.
  • Hons preferred
Experience:
  • 6 years experience in a learning and development or similar function
  • 5 years experience in the management of a learning and development team or function or similar
  • Experience in the development of skills and competenc frameworks
  • Internal consulting experience
  • Change management.
Other(Knowledge and Skills:
  • Knowledge of all pertinent skills development legislation and the SETA and QCTO environment
  • Knowledge of strategic and business planning and budget management
  • Knowledge of the PMBOK Project Management methodology
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) at intermediary level.
  • Knowledge of SAP FICO
  • Experience in working with executives/leaders and presenting to Board Committees essential.
