Introduction
The successful incumbent will be responsible for new installations and maintenance of SANBS SANS 10142 (wiring Regulations).
Job description
Key Performance Areas:
· Supervise maintenance of equipment and machinery for SANBS
· Supervises electrical upgrades of labs, clinics and new installations for SANBS.
· Ensures that Maintenance Administration is undertaken effectively and efficiently for SANBS.
· Ensures that tools are Allocated, Cleaned and Maintained.
· Supervises staff to ensure good relations, team work, staff development and a professional service delivery for SANBS

Minimum requirements
Minimum criteria required:
Grade 12
Technical Diploma: Electrical Engineering Heavy
Current
3 Phase wireman’s licence
Work permit issuer certificate and certificate of
compliance (COC) issuer registration preferable
·5 years experience in a supervisory position in workshop / manufacturing environment.
Job Specific Requirements:
· Overtime as and when required and travelling when necessary.
· Performs standby duties on a roster basis
