Introduction
An opportunity has become available for a Medical Technologist: Cellular Therapy. The incumbent will perform the overall operations in the Cellular Therapy Laboratory in relation to routine and specialised technical functions, quality and administration.

Job Specific Requirements:
- Provide 24-hour technical support and consultation to stakeholders if required.
- National / international travel as required.
- Driver's license and out of hours transport necessary.
- Overtime as and when required.
- Participate in rostered call duty, when required.
- Proficient eye-sight and reasonable mobility.

Minimum requirements
- HPCSA Registered Medical Technologist in Blood Transfusion / Clinical Pathology/Haematology OR HPCSA registered Medical Scientist
Other Knowledge and Skills
- Understanding of Blood Transfusion and Stem Cell Standards.
- Understanding of HPCSA regulations.
- Understanding of SANAS regulations and audit process.
- SAP and Meditech.
